- Straight Leg Kicks Trainer Tip: Do not go up onto toes on the base foot
- Bear Crawl Forward/Backward/Side/Side Trainer Tip: Alwasy look at your feet
- High Knees(25-50 Ft) 2 second pause between people
- Butt Kicks (25-50 Ft) 2 second pause between people
