  1. Air Squat (10-15 Reps)
  2. Walkouts (5-15 Reps) - Trainer Tip: Make Sure Knees Are Always Straight
Walking 
  1. Karaoke - R+L
  2. Straight Leg Kicks Trainer Tip: Do not go up onto toes on the base foot
  3. Bear Crawl Forward/Backward/Side/Side Trainer Tip: Alwasy look at your feet
  4. High Knees(25-50 Ft) 2 second pause between people
  5. Butt Kicks (25-50 Ft) 2 second pause between people
